Inspire a Youth to Lead

Thank you for supporting high school students in Georgia with your recommendation! A recommendation is needed only for students who have not yet been involved with 21st Century Leaders (i.e. attending a summer leadership institute would be their first time with any 21CL program).

Mentors, Teachers, Counselors, etc. please complete this online form for students applying into one of 21CL's summer leadership institutes. You can submit a recommendation form for MORE than one student. Only one recommendation per student applicant is required. Current 21CL students do not need a recommendation.

    You must NOT be a relative to the student.

  • Please also include any additional comments or notes about this student.
  • OPTIONAL: Please submit a formal recommendation letter on behalf of the student. Not required.
