Summer Leadership Institute Application

The student being nominated must be affiliated with 21st Century Leaders as a student in our program either through the summer leadership institutes, 21CLubs, school-year events, or Leadership Connect. If you're unsure, please email desiree@21stcenturyleaders.org before beginning your nomination.

Okay, let's find out about the 21st Century Leader being nominated! Please provide the following contact information for the Georgia high school student being nominated. *If you are self-nominating you will be asked to provide a reference to who can verify your nomination.

Now it's time for the good stuff! Tell us more about the student's leadership qualities, skills, project(s), and why you think they should be one of this year's top 21 outstanding Georgia youth leaders! This is your time to highlight the student and tell their story, giving them the best representation possible. Please be as detailed as possible by including QUALITATIVE and QUANTITATIVE information. This is a highly competitive process, so the more information you provide for the review committee, the better. What you include in the nomination is the only information about the student's achievements they have, so please be generous with your details.
