Since 1989, 21st Century Leaders has been a pillar of educational excellence, empowering and inspiring countless high school students to reach their full potential. 21st Century Leaders is dedicated to preserving its legacy and offering valuable programs that benefit the next generation.

To achieve this in honor of its 35th Anniversary, 21st Century Leaders aims to create long-term organizational sustainability to maintain our educational impact through scalable and accessible programs for all high school students across Georgia through its Sustainability Fund.

Our Goal: A Million-Dollar Future

We aim to raise $1,000,000 to ensure the sustainability, scalability, and accessibility of our leadership programs. Every contribution supports the educational and leadership growth of our students, paving the way for a brighter future.

Accessibility

We are passionate about promoting equity in education and careers and ensuring all students can access our high-quality leadership and talent development programs.

Scalability

We aim to scale our programs to reach a broader and more diverse audience, reach underserved and remote areas, and create a more profound impact in these areas and for all of our high school students.

The endowed funds will have the power to support some of the following initiatives each year:

Fully fund a one-week residential summer leadership institute - providing a free program for all 75 to 100 students

Enroll 500 more students in Leadership Connect

Launch 10 more of our 21st Century Leaders school and community based Clubs serving 30% more students

Provide 20 more seniors with college scholarships
